Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item if it qualifies.
Step 3: Pack the item securely and send it back as per the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges are allowed for items in original, unused condition. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability.
Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, after verifying the issue.
