  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

    • The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact

    • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Discounted / clearance items (if specified as non-returnable)

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for:

    • Size issues

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Defective or damaged products

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability, otherwise cash refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status

  • If approved:

    • Refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days

    • Refund will be issued via:

      • Original payment method, or

      • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), if applicable

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), Junior Junction will bear the return cost

  • For other reasons (size change, preference), customer will bear the return delivery charge
