1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation call/message before shipping (if applicable).

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order size.

  • Exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed during order verification.

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳80

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID (if available).

  • You can contact us anytime for order updates.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please check the product in front of the delivery person whenever possible.

7. Failed Delivery

  • If the customer is unreachable or provides an incorrect address, delivery may be delayed or canceled.

  • In such cases, re-delivery may require an additional charge.
